Art Jam is a free youth arts and music event bringing live performances and interactive creativity to Downtown Los Angeles. Hosted by Mount of Angels and Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities, the event centers around a teen Battle of the Bands featuring 14 youth bands performing rock, punk, indie, metal, and alternative music.
Throughout the day, visitors can explore hands-on art activities including a glow-in-the-dark art wall, giant collaborative coloring sheets, temporary tattoos, and a youth photography showcase. Guests can also watch a live car painting activation and see a ten-foot inflatable art bear created by a young Los Angeles artist.
The event also includes food vendors, a beer garden for adults, and an outdoor supercar display, creating a lively festival atmosphere celebrating young artists and musicians across Los Angeles.
