Adults are welcome to attend and do not need a wristband. Purchased wristbands can be picked up through April 3 at the Signal Hill Parks\, Recreation\, and Library Services Office during regular business hours to avoid the line. \nIncluded with wristband: \n\nEgg hunt\nGames & activities\nPictures with Spring Fest Bunny\nArts & crafts\nBouncers\nChildren’s entertainment show\n\nConcessions are available for purchase.
