DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, June 6\, 2026 \nCreate ocean-inspired art and explore marine life through this hands-on workshop. \nLed by artist and marine scientist Oriana Poindexter in collaboration with the Ocean Institute\, this experience begins with a live sea creature touch tank\, followed by a guided cyanotype (sun print) art activity inspired by kelp forest species. \nParticipants will create two prints—one to take home and one to be featured in a future art exhibit. \nAdmission: Event is free (registration required). \n————— \nBefore You Go: This event is hosted by Rivian\, Oriana Poindexter\, and the Ocean Institute.
