This is a workshop for the parents to go out and let their child have a Friday evening at Lil' Chef School! Each month they feature a different “themed” Friday Night with food that your Lil Chef will make from scratch, they will supply drinks, a themed Craft project, activity or a movie.
Let your child have a fun-filled Friday evening with Lil' Chefs! Kids will enjoy Chef Lorrie's BBQ Bash, while the parents enjoy an evening out. Lil’ Chefs will make Pigs in a Blanket and Burger Sliders with all the fixin’s, served with watermelon and potato chips, plus Ooey-
Gooey S’mores for dessert. They will end the night playing games.
Bake up some fun with dad this Father’s Day! Together, make Mini Decadent Doughnuts from scratch with a powdered sugar glaze. For a savory treat, everyone will assemble their own Sausage N' Cheese Bread.

Join Lil' Chefs for an Advanced Baking Class (ages 10+). Junior Chefs will learn the importance of tempering chocolate, then the proper folding technique for the most amazing light and fluffy mousse.

In this two-hour Baking 101 workshop, Lil’ Chefs (age 5+) will spend the evening baking as they make brown butter blondies and fudge brownies with a white chocolate mocha swirl. Lil’ Chefs will learn the importance of properly measuring wet and dry ingredients, how to follow a recipe, and teamwork.
Celebrate Grandparent’s Day with dinner at Lil' Chefs. Lil’ Chefs (age 5+), with their favorite adult, will learn to make pasta from scratch, marinara sauce and cheesy bread sticks.
This course is great for the Lil’ Chefs (ages 3-5) that still need an adult by their side. The hands-on cooking class allows the adult to assist their little one in measuring dry and wet ingredients. Join Lil’ Chefs for a four-day camp -or attend for just a day- where participants (ages 5+) will bake up some fun, holiday dishes! Participants will learn to make make chicken spring rolls, potsticker dumplings, and lo mein at the Lunar New Year Workshop; kids will cook up some fun at the Superbowl Tailgate Party while parents enjoy a Friday night out; preview their summer camps at an Open House and Chef Meet N Greet.
Parents can have a night out with their Valentine, while Lil’ Chefs cook together during the Valentine's Baking class; kids enjoy a President's Day Mini Camp; learn to make jerk chicken, jambalaya, and beignets at the Mardi Gras workshop; and whip up breakfast for dinner at the annual Pajama Party!
OCTOBER 10-31: Join Lil'Chef School for a month of spooky classes and workshops! Make apple crisp, red velvet cupcakes, mummy pizzas, rice krispy spiders, ghost cakes, or drop your kids off for Parents Night Out.
OCTOBER 30: Drop the kids off for a fun-filled night with Lil' Chef School. Kids (ages 5-18) will be making spooky, sugary treats with mummy dogs and squiggly pasta for brains and bloody marinara sauce.
NOVEMBER 7, 11, 23-25, and 27: Parents are invited to cook with their kids or drop them off (ages 6 and up). Events this month include Family Fun Night Workshop (11/7), Veterans Day Mini Camp (11/11), Thanksgiving Mini Camp (11/23-11/25), Black Friday Mini Camp (11/27), and Parents Night Out (11/27).
Wednesday, November 11: A Patriotic Tribute! Lil' Chefs will make burgers across America, California style, along with homemade potato rolls, Navy Potato Wedges and a Patriotic Pound Cake, also from scratch, with fresh fruit to decorate.
November 23-25: Each day Lil’ Chefs will make yummy holiday desserts. On the last day, they will take an Apple Crumble Pie home to bake for your Thanksgiving Feast! Join them for one day, or all three!
Friday, November 27: Come join the Black Friday Brunch! Lil’ Chefs will learn to make a delicious brunch while learning knife skills, how to properly measure ingredients and working as a team to complete each recipe from start to finish.
Make a Gingerbread House as a family, decorate sugar cookies, and bake a Yule Log cake from scratch. Kids will learn how to read a recipe, measure ingredients, and work together to make a special dish!
Lil Chefs will bake up some fun Holiday dishes while learning proper baking techniques as well as knife skills, how to follow a recipe and working as a team to complete each dish. Lil Chefs will get to enjoy what they make in class. Sign up for one day or one week.
JANUARY 18: Join Lil' Chef School for a southern feast! Chefs (ages 4 and up) will learn knife skills, how to follow and complete a recipe, and how to properly measure ingredients. On the menu, chicken fingers, macaroni and cheese, cinnamon rolls, and chocolate cherry cola cupcakes.
FEBRUARY 12, 13, 15 & 26: Fun mini-camps will be held when the kids are off school on February 12 and 15. Kids can enjoy a Parents Night Out with a Valentine theme, February 13 and 26.
MARCH 16-17 & MARCH 29-31: Lil’ Chef School has Day Camps available while your school district is celebrating spring break. Sign up for one day or two!
Kids, ages 5 and up, learn how to make tacos three different ways: Carne Asada, Chicken Fajitas & Cheesecake Tacos with fruit compote!
FRIDAY, MAY 7: Come cook with mom! This fun workshop teaches Lil' Chefs to follow a recipe, learn knife skills, and how to make yummy food while having fun and cooking with Mom. On the menu is Pizza on a Stick (with homemade pizza dough), Anti-Pasta Salad, and Strawberry Trifles.
SATURDAY, MAY 8: Come cook with mom! This fun workshop teaches Lil' Chefs to follow a recipe, learn knife skills, and how to make yummy food while having fun and cooking with Mom. On the menu is Blueberry Angel Food Cupcakes, Fruit Salad Trifles with Honey Yogurt, and Bacon Breakfast Empanadas.
JUNE 25, JULY 30, AUGUST 27 & SEPTEMBER 24: Kids make Firecracker Chicken Meatballs, Pizza on a Stick, Funnel Cakes, Strawberry Scones, Cheesy Potato Casserole and lot more in these themed Friday night workshops.
AUGUST 14: This is a baking and savory workshop for those (ages 5 and up) who love Sweet Hawaiian Sliders, Three Cheese Mac N Cheese & Snicker Doodle Pizookies!
