Different public events held during the week. \nMilitary Appreciation Concert\nDate – November 2\nTime – 2pm-4pm\nLocation – Spreckels Organ Pavilion at Balboa Park\nFree – Open to the public \nInnovation Zone\nDate – November 5-9\nTime – 8:30am-4pm\nLocation – 1000 N. Harbor Dr.\nOpen to the public \nMilitary Ship Tours – Explore visiting ships docked in San Diego and get a glimpse of the day-to-day lives of sailers serving in the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard. First come\, first served basis.\nDate – November 7-9\nTime – 10am-4pm\nLocation – Broadway Pier\, 1000 N. Harbor Dr.\nFree – Open to the public \nMilitary Family Day – A fun-filled day dedicated to military families that’s not to be missed! Get out and dance (or just listen and enjoy) to live music on stage throughout the day. Experience military displays hands-on\, light armored vehicles\, armaments and even robots. Harbor Dr. \nVeterans Day Boat Parade – Celebrate Veteran’s Day by watching the procession of military themed decorated boats.\nDate – November 8\nTime – 10:45am\nLocation – San Diego Bay (can be viewed from the shore of Shelter Island\, Harbor Island\, San Diego Embarcadero\, Seaport Village and Coronado Tidelands Park)
