DESCRIPTION:July 19-20\, 2025 \nNow in its 47th year\, the San Clemente Ocean Festival brings a packed weekend of beach competitions\, family fun\, and ocean-inspired entertainment to the pier. Known as “The Greatest Show on Surf\,” this free community festival celebrates surf culture with contests\, classic cars\, music\, art\, and more. \nActivities include: \n\nGroms Rule® Surf Contest\nJunior Lifeguard Competition\nDolphin Dash beach run for kids\nFamily Beach Party & Concert\nWoodies & VW Bus car shows on the pier\nSand Sculpting Contest with cash prizes\nOcean Art Show featuring beach-themed art and goods\nGreat Rubber Duck Race\nYouth Pavilion with crafts\, games\, face painting\, Shark Lab\, and all-day live performances\n\nMany contests require pre-registration. Entry fees vary by event. All ages are welcome\, and general festival admission is free. \n
