This year also features the “Trashure Hunt\,” a scavenger hunt with hidden items and prizes. \nHighlights include: \n\nVolunteer cleanups at 70+ LA County sites\nHands-on opportunities for all ages\nData collection to support environmental science\n“Trashure Hunt” scavenger hunt with prizes\n\nThe event runs 9am-12pm. Free to participate\, but registration and signed waiver required. Families are encouraged to bring reusable gloves\, buckets\, and water bottles. \n

Those who stop by are welcome to spy for whales through binoculars and field guides will identify local birds and marine life. \nThis event is included with aquarium admission: $12 for adults and teens (ages 13+)\, $5 for kids (ages 4-12)\, free for kids 3 and under. \n
