SUMMARY:Junior Fishing Club at Whittier Narrows in South El Monte
DESCRIPTION:Third Saturday of Each Month \nCast a line and learn the basics of fishing at this monthly youth club for ages 8–15\, hosted by the Daniel Hernandez Youth Foundation. \nEach session begins in the clubhouse with lessons on tackle\, knots\, fish identification\, and conservation before heading to Legg Lake to practice casting and try for a catch. Volunteers provide equipment\, guidance\, and a free lunch for all participants. \nWhether your child is new to fishing or ready to level up their skills\, it’s a perfect way to spend a Saturday outdoors. \nEvent is free\, fishing tackle provided.
