Moonwater Farm Camp
Moonwater Farm offers five weeks of camp for kids, teens, and young adults (ages 5-8, 9-12, and 14-21) designed to teach the importance of leadership, land stewardship, cultural influence on food, urban agriculture, and innovation.
Youth Leadership Development (ages 14-21)
June 27-30, 2022
Teens will lend a hand in planning and instructing workshops, pitch in to help with check-in, lunch and lead all camp games. They will provide mentorship, support, and leadership to younger campers for other weeks of Farm Camp and receive a small stipend.
Discovery Week (ages 5-8)
July 5-8, 2022
Get up close and personal with farm animals, learn about plants, make healthy good, and explore the role of insects, water, and recycling.
Food & Culture (ages 9-12)
July 11-15, 2022
Unlock modern cultural influence of food and art, check out 5,000-year-old Ayurvedic traditions, the African Diaspora, or Asian delicacies.
Urban Agriculture (ages 9-12)
July 18-22, 2022
Explore food and fiber, spend time wildcrafting, harvesting fruits and veggies, and cooking plant-based lunches.
Young Innovators (ages 9-12)
July 25-29, 2022
Experiment, create, investigate, and dissect. Hear from scientists and work with artists.
