Mixed Martial Arts – Upper Belt

Shotokan Karate
(5-17 yrs.) 6/1-6/29, 7/5-7/27, 8/2-8/24. Shotokan is not only self-defense karate but discipline of the mind. Students of any age will develop valuable self-defense skills, Bixby Park $50.

Traditional Karate – Beginning to Intermediate
(5-14 yrs.) Japanese style of karate, Itosu-Ryu. (6/1-8/31 and 6/5-8/28. El Dorado Park West and Recreation Park, $130 + $5 material fee.

Traditional Karate – Intermediate to Advanced
(8-17 yrs 6/1-8/31 and 6/5-8/28. El Dorado Park West and Recreation Park, $140.
