Food trucks will be on site\, and guests are encouraged to bring new or gently used children’s books for the community donation drive supporting the Little Free Library at the Crenshaw Family YMCA. \nAll ages welcome. Volunteers will help restore native habitats by planting shrubs\, removing invasive weeds\, watering native plants\, grooming trails\, and supporting the preserve’s demonstration garden. All levels are welcome\, and tools will be provided. Volunteers under 18 must have a signed release form\, and those under 16 must attend with an adult. Closed-toe shoes\, sun protection\, and water are strongly recommended. \nPre-registration is encouraged. Activities may be cancelled due to weather.
