Each adult has the choice to cook alongside their child or assist\, depending on their age and capabilities. Chefs will learn how to measure dry ingredients and mix various batters. \nMenu: Chocolate Chip Pizookies. \n\n  \nPizza Night Workshop\nFriday\, April 10\, 2026\n5:30-7:30 pm\nThis course is for the entire family (for ages 3 and up*). The two-hour workshops provide a perfect opportunity for parents and children to spend quality time cooking together – with all the fun and none of the cleanup! (Kids 6 and up are also welcome to be dropped off.) Work as a family to complete 2-3 recipes and enjoy eating what you make at the end of class. Chef instructors make cooking fun! SUMMARY:Grunion Runs | Cabrillo Marine Aquarium\, San Pedro
DESCRIPTION:April 3 – June 30\, 2026 \nWatch grunion come ashore during one of nature’s most unique beach spectacles at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium. \nEach evening starts with entry to the aquarium and a short film on grunion\, followed by a hatching experience. Then head to the beach for a staff-led observation of grunion along the shoreline. \nRuns are scheduled on the following dates: \n\nFriday\, April 3 – 8pm\nSunday\, April 19 – 9pm\nSaturday\, May 2 – 7:30pm\nMonday\, May 18 – 9pm\nTuesday\, June 2 – 9pm\nTuesday\, June 16 – 8pm\nTuesday\, June 30 – 7:30pm\n\nWear warm clothing and bring a flashlight — it can get cold on the coast and groups are often still on the beach close to midnight. Note that all events fall during the closed season\, so no grunion may be collected. \nTickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children (ages 2–17). DESCRIPTION:Select Dates\, September 30\, 2025 – June 1\, 2026 \nCentennial Farm Discovery Days program is an unguided tour program offered on the dates below and is open to all grade levels and ages. \nDuring a Discovery Day\, “farmers” are stationed around the farm available to answer questions and provide information. \nUpon check-in\, you will receive a map to aid you in getting around and seeing all Centennial Farm has to offer.
