SEPTEMBER 30: Join the Autry Museum for a full day of fun celebrating the Autry's 35th anniversary with activities for families and kids of all ages. Tickets are the same price as the day they first opened in 1988.
SEPTEMBER 30: Get up close to birds of prey and learn about everything owls. Park naturalists will be on hands with lots of animal evidence, taxidermy, fun activities, and a short family-friendly walk to learn about nocturnal animals.
October 7: It’s Okay to Be Different cleverly delivers important messages of acceptance, understanding, and self-confidence. Equally whimsical and heartfelt, The Earth Book is a sweet homage to our beautiful planet, inspiring audiences of all ages to do their part to keep the Earth happy and healthy. This is My Hair is a funny exploration of how silly hair can be and to always feel good about yourself. Best enjoyed by grades Pre-K - 3. All wigglers are welcome!
OCTOBER 8: Back by popular demand! This is one of the most popular and sought after family shows. Kids get to move around and interact with the beautifully crafted marionettes. Handled by master puppeteers, the marionettes are always the stars of the show and captivate children in simple yet fascinating ways.
October 15: Legendary children’s musician Laurie Berkner returns to the greater Los Angeles area for the first time since before the COVID-19 pandemic, with a “Greatest Hits” solo concert for families. Laurie’s concerts showcase an array of tunes that encourage kids and grownups alike to get up and dance. Kids should plan to bring their dancing shoes and a stuffed animal (for their heads).
October 19: Peppa, George, Mummy Pig, and Daddy Pig will be singing along to some of their favorite songs, and they invite children and families alike to join in the fun. Dance, clap, and sing with Peppa and her family along with Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep, and Gerald Giraffe. Blow up those balloons and get the disco ball ready as you and your family party along with Peppa in this 60-minute interactive sing-along adventure!
OCTOBER 22: In-N-Out Burger will celebrate its 75th Anniversary with an all-day family-friendly festival featuring drag racing, large-scale car show with hot rods and muscle cars, unlimited carnival games and rides, cookout trucks, and live music.
NOVEMBER 4-5 and 10-12: Day Out with Thomas is a fun-filled family event that provides children of all ages the opportunity to climb aboard and ride with Thomas the Tank Engine and his best friend, Percy. In addition, they will meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities. Ride, play and stay all day!
December 7: Dance, sing, and learn with Blippi and special guest Meekah as they discover what makes different cities unique and special. Will there be monster trucks, excavators, and garbage trucks galore? You bet! So get ready to shake those wiggles out and OJ Twist your way through this brand-new musical party!
