Tour the Solar System at Tessmann Planetarium in Santa Ana

Due to concerns about the Corona Virus, Tessmann Planetarium shows have been cancelled for the immediate future. They will update their status on their website and Facebook page when they start resuming their presentations.

 

All of the Tessmann Planetarium shows highlight the latest in astronomical discoveries.​​ Discover the wonders of the universe at Santa Ana College!

Come along on an interactive journey through our solar system. Along the way, learn about gravity, stars, constellations, NASA’s space program and even about which worlds may harbor life. Enjoy a stunning visual and musical tour, from the International Space Station, to to the moon, out to the planets, beyond the boundary of our Galaxy, and out into the unknown edges of our Universe.

Their “Can you see in the dark?” show is especially designed for ages 4-7.

Saturday evening shows are followed with Night Sky Live, a guided orientation of the celestial objects visible that evening (weather permitting).

Tickets, $3-7. Parking, $2.
