Kids (ages 6-14) can get hands-on with cooking! Join Chef Tech for four classes this March to learn about All the Sauces!

 

Sunday Series ($135) – March 7, 14, and 21

  • Class 1: Asian-Black Pepper Sauce on Beef & Pepper Stir Fry, Sichuan Orange Sauce on Chicken
  • Class 2: Italian-Pesto w/Three Cheese Ravioli, Pasta al Limone
  • Class 3: Mediterranean-Shakshuka (Roasted Red Pepper Sauce) w/Eggs, Chermoula

 


 

Wednesday Series ($225) – March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31

  • Class 1: Asian-Black Pepper Sauce on Beef & Pepper Stir Fry, Sichuan Orange Sauce on Chicken
  • Class 2: Italian-Pesto w/Three Cheese Ravioli, Pasta al Limone
  • Class 3: Mediterranean-Shakshuka (Roasted Red Pepper Sauce) w/Eggs, Chermoula (Cilantro Sauce) w/Grilled Vegetables
  • Class 4: Latin American-Green Chimichurri on Grilled Steak, Red Chimichurri on Empanadas
  • Class 5: Mexica-Oaxacan Black Bean Sauce w/Queso Fresco & Homemade Chips,
    Mojo de Ajo w/Shrimp & Veggies
