Sunday Series ($135) – March 7, 14, and 21
- Class 1: Asian-Black Pepper Sauce on Beef & Pepper Stir Fry, Sichuan Orange Sauce on Chicken
- Class 2: Italian-Pesto w/Three Cheese Ravioli, Pasta al Limone
- Class 3: Mediterranean-Shakshuka (Roasted Red Pepper Sauce) w/Eggs, Chermoula
Wednesday Series ($225) – March 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31
- Class 1: Asian-Black Pepper Sauce on Beef & Pepper Stir Fry, Sichuan Orange Sauce on Chicken
- Class 2: Italian-Pesto w/Three Cheese Ravioli, Pasta al Limone

- Class 4: Latin American-Green Chimichurri on Grilled Steak, Red Chimichurri on Empanadas
