Free Saturday Family Theatre: The Spirit of Black Folklore
International City Theatre is back with another Free Saturday Family Theatre series. Join them on Leap Day, February 29, for “The Spirit of Black Folklore” in honor of Black History Month.
The Spirit of Black Folklore explores the pride of heritage and a willingness to laugh, despite the odds using folktales and literature from African and African American cultures.

The performance starts at 11 a.m., and seating is first come first serve. The show takes place in the Beverly O’Neill Theater, to the east and behind the Terrace Theater in Long Beach.
