Free Port of Long Beach Harbor Tours – Registration Dates
2023 REGISTRATION DATES – APRIL 17, MAY 15, JUNE 20, JULY 17
Go aboard a 90-minute narrated excursion and get close to operations at one of the busiest ports in the nation. See towering cranes, massive vessels, the most advanced and green terminal in the world, new infrastructure projects such as the Long Beach International Gateway Bridge, and possibly even catch a glimpse of local marine life.
Due to extremely high demand, registration is on a lottery basis. You will either receive a slot on a tour or be placed on a waiting list.
Lottery registration occurs the third Monday of the month for the following month’s tours, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visit the Port of Long Beach’s Harbor Tour website to register for the lottery.
Lottery Registration Dates:
Registration is open from 8am-8pm.
- Monday, April 17: Registration open for tours on May 6, 10, 20, 24
- Monday, May 15: Registration open for tours on June 3, 7, 17, 21
- Tuesday, June 20: Registration open for tours on July 8, 12, 15, 26
- Monday, July 17: Registration open for tours on August 5, 9, 19, 23
Tours are held on select Saturdays from 10-11:30am and select Wednesdays from 6:30-8pm.
