Family Rocky Shore Adventure at Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in San Pedro
February 20: Learn about the animals that call the Rocky Intertidal their home! This informative class designed for families and led by CMA education staff, will introduce you to the amazing animals that have adapted to live in the dynamic rocky shore habitat. CMA keeps the class size small and gives the participants a private touch tank tour, a visit to their classroom laboratory with microscopes and specimen, and a personal tour in the Point Fermin Tidepools!
Reserve early, class size is limited to 20 participants!
No walk-ins please, registration is required: call 310-548-7562, moderate physical ability is required for walking on uneven and slippery rocks in the tidepools, monors must be accompanied by an adult. Deadline to register is one week before the class begins.
Fee: $5 for adults, $1 for children and seniors (FREE for Friends Members). Financial assistance available.
