Family Flicks Film Presents The Music Man at the Hammer Museum
Based on one of Broadway’s biggest hits of the 1950s, The Music Man follows the story of a traveling con man who convinces small-town locals to start a band by purchasing the uniforms and instruments. Intending to flee as soon as he receives the money, things get complicated when the con man falls for the local librarian.
Featuring gorgeous dance numbers and glorious songs, this Academy Award nominee for Best Picture is a slice of Americana and a love story all in one.
