Día de los Muertos Community Procession in Los Angeles
Join Mujeres de la Tierra for the 2019 Día de los Muertos Community Procession.
The procession starts at Cypress Park Branch Library and end at the Los Angeles River Center & Gardens. Participants should park at the LA River Center, a free shuttle will be provided. The procession starts at 6 p.m. sharp and the route is 8/10ths of a mile. Wear comfy shoes and bring a flashlight. No Halloween costumes are allowed.
At the end of the procession, there will be music and free refreshments for everyone. Lastly, there will be an unveiling of altar and art installations.
