Calico Days at Calico Ghost Town

Revisit the life in the Old West during the 1800s. Enjoy live entertainment including gunfighting shows, musical performances, and fast draw demos. Fun contests include:
- Burro Run – Contestants each guide their own live burro through the town
- Bucket Brigade – Teams compete in a good ol’ fashion Bucket Brigade
- Miner’s Triathlon – Three-part contest that includes rock pulling, muck raking, and tug-a-war
- Costume Contest – Dress up as your favorite historical character
The whole family can also experience the Old West Encampment with hands-on demonstrations and historical lectures, plus shopping, attractions, food, and more.
