Advanced Baking Workshop for Kids at Lil’ Chefs in Irvine

Join Lil’ Chefs for an Advanced Baking Class (ages 10+). Junior Chefs will learn the importance of tempering chocolate, then the proper folding technique for the most amazing light and fluffy mousse.
Participants will be recreating a mini version of Chef Zumbo’s Chocolate Mousse Cake with a chocolate cookie crust, milk chocolate mousse center and topped with a chocolate glaze.
