3rd Annual Halloween Party at Newport Beach Library

Calling all little ghouls and goblins for a fun-filled Halloween extravaganza. There will be not-so-scary stories and Halloween crafts. Finish the evening with trick-or-treating around the library. Don’t forget to wear your costume!
