Halloween Neighborhood Home Haunts in LA & Orange County

Looking for something fun and free to do for Halloween? Check out a local Halloween home haunt put on by neighbors who absolutely LOVE Halloween! Celebrate the house that goes completely over the top to make this holiday special.

Many of these home haunts are free to visit, some ask for small donations or collect food for local charities. Please follow each home’s safety guidelines regarding protective face coverings, social distancing, etc.

Gershon Dungeon | Santa Ana

Address: 13861 Gershon Place, Santa Ana
Dates: October 30 and 31, 2021
Times: 7-10 p.m.

This year’s Gershon Dungeon will have two smaller walk-through mazes and a yard display. The Gershon Dungeon is considered one of the largest and longest-running home haunts in all of Orange County.




Pirate’s Cave Haunt | Orange

Address: 2548 E. Garfield Ave., Orange
Dates: Select Nights, October 16-31, 2021
Times: 7-10 p.m.

Walk through this amazing home haunt put on by father and son team for over 22 years. This year’s theme, Curse of Calico Jack, will have you walking through a mine cave with things lurking in the shadows. The cave is open for a kid-friendly candy hunt the last two weekends.




Prism Haunt | Mission Viejo

Address: 24465 Chamalea Dr., Mission Viejo
Dates: Select Nights, October 15-31, 2021
Kids/Lights-on Tour: October 23, 2021, 1-2pm
Times: 7:30-9pm (10pm on Halloween night)

Prism Haunted House is back for 2021 with an all-new mini-walk-through haunt attraction for Orange County! Explore Dr. Sanguine’s MiCRO Laboratory… at your own risk! Just please don’t touch the specimens… you never know when they may touch back.

Stanley Haus | Aliso Viejo

Address: 8 Oak Ridge Circle, Aliso Viejo
Dates: October 8-31, 2021
Times: 7-10pm

An amazing display put on by a family of 5 who are all artistic, crazy perfectionists who love to blow people’s minds with extravagant Halloween displays. Scenes come alive with animatronics, lights, sound, and custom-made props. This year’s theme is Pirates of the Caribbean!

Fairbrook Manor | Long Beach

Address: 5426 E. Fairbrook St., Long Beach
Dates: October 22-24 and 29-31, 2021

The 2021 edition of Fairbrook Manor will be a walk through with plenty of photo ops. They’ll also be collecting donationss for the Long Beach Rescue Mission. Follow their social media for updates!

The Grey Phantom | Norwalk

Address: 14338 Funston Ave., Norwalk
Dates: October 15-17, 22-24, and 29-30, 2021
Times: 7-10pm

Check out this ghost ship display that has appeared from the depths! This year, it’ll be a fully-enclosed walk through maze with scare actors. Make reservations here.




The Grim Grinners Haunt | Anaheim

Address: 2015 S Eileen Drive, Anaheim
Date: Full show starting October 19
Times: 7-10pm



The Haunted Shack | Torrance

Address: 5112 Maricopa St., Torrance
Dates: October 29-31, 2021
Times: 7-10 pm

A walk through maze that takes about 6-8 minutes. They’re also collecting donations for the Cancer Support Community.
