What is Underwater Parks Day? Let’s Dive In!

What is Underwater Parks Day?
It’s a celebration of Marine Protected Areas (MPAs), aka underwater parks. These areas, like parks on land, protect underwater marine resources for future generations to enjoy. The network consists of 124 MPAs all along the California coastline! Many local marine centers and aquariums hold special events for Underwater Parks Day. How will you celebrate?
