The Gruffalo Sensory-Friendly Performance at Segerstrom Center for the Arts

March 24: Searching for hazelnuts, Mouse meets the cunning Fox, the eccentric old Owl and the party mad Snake. Will the story of the terrifying Gruffalo save Mouse from ending up as dinner for these hungry woodland creatures? After all, there’s no such thing as a Gruffalo is there? Special Sensory Friendly performance on March 24 at 10 a.m.! This show is designed for patrons with sensory sensitivities and their families. Features include a relaxed atmosphere where talking and movement is fine and dandy, reduction of sound levels, particularly loud or startling sounds, reduction of overwhelming stage lighting, low ambient lighting in the theater so patrons can move around or exit the theater, and more. $20+.
