Karate – As students, ages 4-13, strive for different belt levels, they learn about setting goals and the discipline needed to reach them. Their successes give them the confidence to take on new challenges. Their improved levels of concentration and self-control help at home and school. With a Master Karate instructor on staff, students enjoy learning in a safe, caring and fun atmosphere.
Ninja Training – Classes focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning exercises, games, team-building and, of course, obstacle courses that change every week. Obstacle courses are intended to challenge kids mentally and physically while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside of the gym. Wednesdays, 4:10-5:10 p.m., ages 5-10 years.
