Gymnastics

My Gym has helped thousands of children as young as 6 weeks and up to 13 years old in gaining self-esteem and confidence in a caring, non-competitive environment. Kids enrolled in any of My Gym’s award-winning programs are exposed to innovative activities that incorporate age-appropriate games, relays, fitness exercises, sports skills, group activities and song and dance. Parties

The birthday child receives the golden treatment in My Gym’s all-in-one party packages! You get the gym, decorated with balloons and banners, and the kind attention of a professional staff that will lead the games, relays and songs, as well as do all the after-party cleanup. Popular party games include gymnastics activities and “space flight” – a My Gym favorite.
