Offering quality gymnastics instruction for 30 years in the Los Alamitos/Rossmoor community, Kidnastics’s 23,000-square-foot facility has full-line gymnastics equipment and spring floors. Classes teach children the fundamentals of gymnastics, skills that lay the foundation for future successes and enjoyment of the sport.
A wide variety of classes fits the abilities of kids as young as 16 months and for older kids in their teens. Programs include ToTnastics, classes for toddlers (16-42 month olds) with early motor development and coordination; academy-level classes structured for gymnasts ages 3 and up; and tumbling classes for kids 5 and up.
In addition to its gymnastics program, Kidnastics also offers competitive cheer programs ? HSC All Stars for all ages.
