Through late November: Working apple orchards in Oak Glen, a mountain town halfway between Riverside and Palm Springs, open their doors to the public. Some offer U-pick apples.

November 23 – December 24: Santa Claus is coming to Irvine! Decked out in his best red suit, Santa will be at his Crystal Cove beach-inspired surf shack to hear your wishes and take photos with kids of all ages.
