February 16-18: The Annual Tet Festival, celebrating the beginning of spring and the Dog New Year, is the largest outside of Vietnam, and features live music, traditional dances, contests and the foods of the Vietnamese culture.
Fridays: Every Friday night is Date Night with Frogg’s Bounce House. Drop the kids off and enjoy a night out!
Third Fridays: Kids (5-11 and 12-14) enjoy a scavenger hunt, karaoke, dance, arts and crafts, games, sports, contests and more.
Thursday – Sunday: The Great Park’s tethered, 118-foot-high, helium-filled balloon allows passengers to soar 400 feet in the air for a birds eye view. The carousel reaches a speed of 4.5 mph.
Third Fridays: Kids (5-12), get ready for a fun night out with friends. This program will have kids busy the whole night through with games, crafts, a movie, dinner and dessert.
February 1-28: Museum Month is back for the 29th year in San Diego County. This popular event allows participants to enjoy half-off entry fees at more than 40 San Diego Museums.
Monday and Friday: Join Los Angeles Museum of Art in The Boone Children’s Gallery, located in the Hammer Building.
Friday – Sunday: Visit a large-scale permanent craft marketplace in classic World War II-era waterside warehouses, plus creation stations, printmaking workshops, daily demonstrations, live music, special events and food trucks.
November – March: Head to the hills! It’s prime tubing time at the Big Bear Snow Play. Then, take a chairlift ride to the top of the Alpine Slide.
Through March: Southern California’s largest and oldest snow tubing park, Snowdrift offers tubing fun on snow tubes that are specially designed with belly straps and handles.
Thanksgiving weekend – end of snow season: Ride to the top of Sugarpine Chair Lift #1 for a zip downhill at the Mt. Baldy Tubing Park.
December – Mid-March: For the closest snow tubing in Southern California head to the North Pole Tubing Park at Mountain High’s North Resort!
Through March: Enjoy a scenic chairlift ride followed by a thrilling downhill sled ride.
Mid-November through Easter: Day and night “glow” tubing at Big Bear Snow Play.

February 10-25: The New Year celebration of the year of the Dog features characters like Po and Tigress from Kung Fu Panda and Mandarin-speaking Megatron from Transformers.
January 26 – February 18: Welcome the Lunar New Year at Disney California Adventure Park. Discover culturally-inspired food, music, entertainment and festive decorations that signal the start of the new year.
Every other Friday: Parents’ drop off the kids (4+) for a night of activities, games, pizza, snacks, drinks, a movie and whole lot of bouncing fun.
Friday and Saturday: The lights go down, the music’s pumped up, and out come the lasers and glow lights. The full park is open to jump, climb, dance, and dodge after dark.
Tuesday and Friday: Families help staff members feed the sea stars in the touch tanks.
Fridays: Kids (7+) join Fashion Camp every Friday for a fun sewing workshop.
February 16: Gooey? Yes! Messy? Probably! But isn’t that what makes science fun? Mess with different kinds of polymers to see what makes slime work and how your very own concoction is really the best.
Ongoing: This behind-the-scenes tour lets fans visit some of the most restricted and non-public areas and view the Stadium from a whole new perspective.
