Thursday – Sunday: The Great Park’s tethered, 118-foot-high, helium-filled balloon allows passengers to soar 400 feet in the air for a birds eye view. The carousel reaches a speed of 4.5 mph.

Weekends: The Newport Bay Conservancy offers a two-hour guided kayak tour of the Back Bay.
Saturdays: Old Fire Station 27 is a completely restored facility, and represents what the station was like when it was in operation.
Saturdays: Old Station 36 includes remarkable LAFD apparatus, artifacts from the San Pedro area and some of the most famous fires in this part of the city, and much more.

December 14 – January 7: Follow your heart straight to adventure with Disney On Ice! The ice skating extravaganza features the beloved stories and characters from the smash hit animated movies Finding Dory and Inside Out for the first time in a live production.

November 27 – January 15: Bring your family and friends this holiday season to experience the new District Freeze Ice Rink.
December 29 – January 1: It’s family expedition time! At Dinosaur Time Trek, you’ll be transported through a special Time Lab where you can observe enormous prehistoric dinosaurs and track modern-day sharks in real time.

November 18 – January 7: Enjoy “Merry Christmas, Snoopy!” on Ice, “It’s the Merriest Christmas Show Ever, Charlie Brown” holiday show, Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” and O.
