Thursday – Sunday: The Great Park’s tethered, 118-foot-high, helium-filled balloon allows passengers to soar 400 feet in the air for a birds eye view. The carousel reaches a speed of 4.5 mph.
October 1 – November 30: Take a walk through the Garden and be on the lookout for ten festive fall stations. Each station will be decorated and have a pumpkin sign with questions about the Garden.

November – March: Head to the hills! It’s prime tubing time at the Big Bear Snow Play. Then, take a chairlift ride to the top of the Alpine Slide.
Thanksgiving weekend – end of snow season: Ride to the top of Sugarpine Chair Lift #1 for a zip downhill at the Mt. Baldy Tubing Park.
Mid-November through Easter: Day and night “glow” tubing at Big Bear Snow Play.
