Weekends and second Tuesdays: Eureka! Learn how to pan for gold, just like the 49ers did during the California gold rush, at an outdoor re-creation of a miner’s panning station.
Tuesdays: This special street fair takes place along a closed-off section of Main Street and includes a farmer’s market, bounce house, street performers and more.
July 14 – August 13: The OC Fair is offers 23 days of food, rides, exhibits, animals, music, action sports, concerts and fun!

March 19 – September 4: The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHMLA) has re-designed and re-built its popular outdoor Butterfly Pavilion exhibit.
June 30 – September 3: Kids can take a spin at the potter’s wheel, see a glass-blowing demonstration, or take a seat in the Children’s Art Spot (4+) or Studio One (7+) to try painting, printmaking, collages and other types of art.

July 1-31: Take a guided wagon ride around the farm, stop at different areas and try different summer fruits and vegetables, and finally step into the melon patch to sample delicious home grown melon.

May 13 – August 6: The Butterfly Pavilion unites science education and hands-on fun for visitors of all ages. Hundreds of butterflies call the temporary enclosure home during the spring and summer.
Tuesdays and Fridays: Kids (3-5) and their parents join a themed storytime with rhymes and songs (at least three books), and a craft or science experiment.
June 27, July 11, 18 and 25: Elementary school age kids learn about, and experiment with, the styles of Great Artists!
July 25, 26, 27 and 28: Does your child have a favorite Superhero? Party Karacters lead superhero training workshops where each week will be taught by a different superhero and sidekick (sidekick will be added if over 10 children register).
July 25: Join a fun bubble program that the entire family can take part in. Have some fun making bubbles and participating in other fun activities for our Summer Reading Challenge Program!
