March 23 & 24: Celebrate spring with a full-length production of the beloved classical ballet, The Sleeping Beauty.
Saturday and Sunday: Try your luck at finding the gold in the custom-designed Mission trough. They’ll supply the pan and the “gold;” kids roll up their sleeves and pan their way to riches.
March 16-17 and 23-24: Swing, slither or soar over to the zoo’s family fun event of the year! Experience America’s Teaching Zoo like no other time of the year during the Spring Spectacular.
March 3 – April 7: When James is sent by his conniving aunts to chop down their old fruit tree, he discovers a magic potion that results in a tremendous peach and launches a journey of enormous proportions.
March 23-31: Presented by the Junior Players, advanced students (grades 5-8) in SCR’s Theatre Conservatory, Harriet the Spy is a funny, heartfelt story about growing up, compassion and the importance of looking beyond the surface.
January 26 – April 28: This new family exhibit will get you revved up with immersive activities for three generations of Hot Wheels fans. There’s something for mom, dad, grandparents and of course today’s youngest Hot Wheels fans as visitors learn about the science, technology, engineering, and math that goes into making cars go faster.
Through April 21: Pompeii: Over 150 authentic artifacts on loan from the renowned Naples National Archaeological Museum in Italy. These are not replicas, but rather original, 2,000-year-old objects that were preserved in the ash after the catastrophic eruption.
March 16 – April 30: Adopt a caterpillar in the Busy Bee Learning Store to experience the magic of metamorphosis.
March 15 – April 20: Hop on over to Brea Mall to meet the Easter Bunny! Check website for hours.
