January 26 – April 28: This new family exhibit will get you revved up with immersive activities for three generations of Hot Wheels fans. There’s something for mom, dad, grandparents and of course today’s youngest Hot Wheels fans as visitors learn about the science, technology, engineering, and math that goes into making cars go faster.
March 4: Try out Burgess Cotillion at their Salute to Disney-themed event this month, with a free class for anyone new to the program. Enjoy dancing, refreshments, games, prizes and manners.
March 2-17: The Old Man and the Old Moon. Who keeps the moon shining bright? The Old Man charged with that task embarks on an epic adventure of land, sea and sky in search of his missing wife in this swirling tale of love, accompanied by a live, indie-folk band.
Tuesday and Thursday: Each educational cart offers learning for students and visitors interested in seeing items up close.
Daily: Movies at discounted prices.
Saturdays: Kids can skate to kid’s music, and play games. Recommended for kids 10 years and under, with a parent.
March 5: Kidspace and the Los Angeles Guild of Puppetry are teaming up to make and perform with puppets!
Through April 21: Pompeii: Over 150 authentic artifacts on loan from the renowned Naples National Archaeological Museum in Italy. These are not replicas, but rather original, 2,000-year-old objects that were preserved in the ash after the catastrophic eruption.
