November 18 – January 6: Enchanted Forest of Light is an interactive, nighttime experience unlike anything else in Los Angeles, featuring a one-mile walk through unique lighting experiences in some of the most beloved areas of Descanso Gardens.
Daily: A monthly calendar of story times, crafts, homework help and family-friendly events at libraries in the Los Angeles library system.
November 24: Singer/Ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer, at only 12 years old, is one of the youngest contestants to ever win “America’s Got Talent”. Share the magic of the holidays with favorite holiday songs with Darci. Select performances will also feature Darci’s puppets.
November 16-January 6: The annual LA Kings Holiday Ice brings outdoor ice skating to Westfield Topanga.
November 26 – December 21: Active, full-time fire and law enforcement personnel, including EMTs, may receive complimentary admission for themselves and 1 guest (maximum of 2 complimentary admissions will be issued.)
November 23 – December 22: The beloved American Classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940’s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.
Select dates, November 16-18 & 23-25: This musical set in the early 1960s, features small-town America, teenagers, and rock & roll.
November 23 – December 24: The beautifully decorated 74-foot tree will come to life each night with a choreographed light show every 30 minutes.
November 3 – December 29: Visit The Old Globe for Dr. Seuss How the Grinch Stole Christmas! A wonderful, whimsical musical based upon the classic Dr. Seuss book.
March 24 – January 6, 2019: A new chapter of ancient Egyptian history will be unearthed to the world with the debut of KING TUT: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh, an exclusive exhibition celebrating the 100-year anniversary of the discovery of his tomb.
