The city of Anaheim is offering a class to teach kids ages 3-12 how to improve their basketball skills in six weeks. A youth basketball clinic is also offered for ages children 4-7 in the East Anaheim Gymnasium.
Basketball Clinics are offered by Cypress College Kids’ College year-round for children ages 4 and up. Each six-week clinic has three age divisions that teach kids the fundamentals of basketball through instruction and practice.
Basketballs clinics will be held for children ages 3-13 at Palms, Del Valle, San Martin and Biscailuz parks in Lakewood. Sessions begin in January. Call (562) 866-9771, ext. 2408 for dates and times.
Long Beach offers a six-week basketball skills class for children ages 5-12 designed for the beginning to intermediate player. Staff focus on the whole player, teaching respect, teamwork and responsibility.
