Exhibits include: 35 saltwater tanks and many smaller tanks in the Aquatic Nursery and Exploration Center; a larger touch tank outside the main exhibit hall; plus discovery labs and an Aquatic Nursery with baby sea animals. Activities include guided tidepool walks some weekends and winter whale watching cruises. Virginia Reid Moore Marine Research Library is open to the public, Tuesday – Saturday. Programs include junior and senior docent programs (grades 7 12), Sea Rangers (grades 5+) and Sea Cubs (grades K-12) as well as volunteer opportunities. Suggested donation of $5 for adults, $1 for kids, supports aquarium programs and research on marine life. Reservations required for groups.
