Butterfly Pavilion at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles

March 17 – September 2: Butterflies take flight at The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHMLA) where its popular outdoor Butterfly Pavilion exhibit has enhanced design features for its hundreds of butterfly residents. See up close how butterflies use their tubular mouth to obtain nectar and witness caterpillars feed on leaves and go through the process of their transformation into adults. This means that each visit to the Butterfly Pavilion can be a different experience! Daily, 9:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Separate ticket required, $18-10.
