On Mondays (and Fridays), the Los Angeles Museum of Art staff read folk tales and age-appropriate books on art and culture! Families then draw connections between the art in the galleries and the art they create. 2 p.m. Free; pick up your free ticket at the box office.
The last Monday of the month, Pretend City hosts a special day just for for families with children on the Autism Spectrum. Be sure to call for times. Free admission. RSVP required.
If you’re near the Main Place Mall in Santa Ana, this is a must for those groggy Mondays. Movies are only $2-5 daily or $2 extra for 3-D movies.
